SARAH EGGLESTONE
Sarah, is a Level 4 professional Pilates Instructor (APMA, PAA Diploma, Level) with over 16 years’ experience in the Pilates industry as a teacher and now a Teacher Educator. In that time Sarah has worked with a wide variety of clients from elite athletes to people recovering from chronic pain and surgeries. Her attention to detail, high level of service and care means that her clients can achieve their goals no matter how big or small. Sarah spent much of her early years working with allied health gaining invaluable experience at pilates studios and clinics in central Melbourne before taking over as owner and director of Pure Pilates Noosa. For the last 11 years Sarah and her partner Damian owner of Pure Osteopathy have worked together closely in helping clients to move past pain and correct faulty movement patterns. Sarah also works closely with Pilates enthusiasts who are pain free and just want a more detailed and technical approach to their learning, working also with high level, advanced clients that want to perfect their pilates practice for the love of it or for a sports specific approach.
After 16 amazing years, Sarah is ready to pass on her experience and skills to others. She has shifted
from business owner to Instructor Training provider (Pure Pilates Education) and she has now
teamed up with internationally recognised teacher Carla Mullins from Body Organics Education, to
deliver high quality Pilates Instructor Training Courses on the Sunshine Coast. The Face-to-Face components of the courses will be held at Noosa Flow Studios. It is with much delight that Sarah celebrates her partnership with Noosa Flow, and she looks forward to a long prosperous future with this long standing and respected studio on the Coast.
Sarah began her professional life as a dancer/artist performing in shows throughout Australia,
Europe and America with a career spanning over 14 years in professional productions such as Cats
and A Chorus Line. She has worked extensively through Australia and Europe and parts of the US
and London. She is mother to 2 beautiful teenage boys and very much a part of this Noosa
community.
